• Shoot a video review (using) the product. 
• Upload your video to hello@velverie.com.au via We Transfer.
• Get 25% of the purchase price of one product returned to you via the same payment method used to make your purchase.
• The refund will be done within 5 working days after publishing the review and it being approved by our team.
• This offer applies only once to one order.
• By leaving a video review, the customer agrees for Velverie using the content to their discretion.
• The total discount amount cannot exceed 25% if other discount codes have been used to make your purchase. For instance if you have used a 10% discount code on your purchase, you will receive a further 15% discount off the original price by sending a video review through to us.

 

Video Format:

• Video format must be in .mp4, or .mov.
• Maximum file size is 500MB.
• Video is 10-60 seconds long.
• Video has an aspect ratio of 9:16.

Sending the Video:

Videos are uploaded to We Transfer (wetransfer.com) and sent to the email address hello@velverie.com.au. You do not need to create a We Transfer account.

 

Step 1: Name your file as your order number. e.g. VV-1100.mp4

Step 2: Visit wetransfer.com.

Step 3: On the same page click on the plus sign (+) and add the files you want to send.

Step 4: After that in Email to, enter the email address hello@velverie.com.au

Step 5: In the next option enter your email address. 

Step 6: In the title option, enter “Video Review” and then your order number. In the message option, include your name and any other message you wish to include. If you would like us to mention you, please add your IG and/or TikTok @.

Step 8: At last simply hit the transfer button to transfer files.
